Tales from the Fallout Shelter
I’ve been busy lately. Several weeks ago, I posted about the events of Free Comic Book Day and the work that I was doing for the Fallout Shelter. Since then, I’ve been working at the store and I’ve gotten a lot of things done.
Over the next few days, I will be posting updates about the work that I have been doing around the store. Feel free to comment or ask questions.
One of the first things that I did in order to familiarize myself with the store’s inventory was to alphabetize the entire trade section. This is a picture of just the DC trades. Apologies for the blurriness.
Alphabetizing these trades was a real help in regards to answering customer questions. Now that I have physically handled all of the trades, I’m aware of what titles are in stock and which aren’t. One downside to being so familiar with the inventory is that when I see a book which is out of place, (presumably, left there by a customer) I’m compelled to put it back in its proper position.
